Call for Stories – First Person Series
Do you have a first person story to tell? Do you have a perspective on it that no one else has? Is it fun to read/listen/watch? If so, we’re interested in your point of view. Submit any stories, quotes, or ideas to submit@iyow.com. Please include contact information for confirmation, as well as how you’d like to be attributed. For previous Iyow First Person Series stories, go here. Recommended length of final submissions: 500 words or less.
Final format of story to be determined by you and Iyow editor.
Rights and Conditions
Iyow requires “First Serial and Electronic Rights” for original work. Iyow holds these rights for the month when the work appears, then publication rights revert back to the author. Iyow also holds the right to keep the work in archive for the duration of the site.
If the piece is first published on Iyow, we ask this be acknowledged if subsequently re-published.
All work is subject to editing, but no work will be published without the mutual consent of the author(s) and this publisher.
All work on Iyow is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 2.5 License unless otherwise noted.
